INCURSION PRICING
We bring our engaging science experiences to you! No bus hire and other costs associated with excursions. All topics are available in either a 60 or 90 minute format.
Costs are calculated per session for a class of up to 30 students.
60 min workshops $390 each
90 min workshops $440 each
Minimum booking of 2 x 60 minute workshops on the same day – or their cost equivalent. There are cost-saving options available, like splitting three classes between two sessions.
There is no GST charge.
Maximum of 30 students per workshop.
Travel fee or topic surcharge may apply. See below.
Please note: we require that a qualified teacher or carer remain present and responsible for the children at all times during the workshop session.

TRAVEL FEE
We are based in Ringwood East VIC.
A travel fee applies for distances over 25 km (one way) from Ringwood East VIC. This fee depends on the distance travelled with higher fees applying to greater distances.
We generally do not travel more than 45 km (one way), but can occasionally do so for locations in the east and south.
TOPIC SURCHARGE
‘Bubble and Fizz’, ‘Weather’ and ‘Mighty Materials’ Workshops.
A surcharge of $30 per workshop applies to these workshops. This is to cover consumable materials and extended set up and pack up labour costs of these topics.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENT, (terms and conditions)
Bookings are best made using the booking form here, or over the phone.
A deposit is not required to make a booking.
Once a booking is confirmed we will send you a written confirmation of booking via email with an invoice to follow including all payment details.
Payment is due on the day of incursion and can be made online via electronic funds transfer, or by credit card over the phone or in person. Credit card payments attract a 2.4% surcharge (Visa and Mastercard accepted).
Cancellations must be made no later than 7 days prior to the booked date of the incursion, in writing sent to inquisitivekidsincursions@gmail.com. Cancellations made after this time will require full payment.
Your privacy is valued, and all confidential information collected is kept secure and not passed on to any third parties. Credit cards details are securely processed and not stored.
